[Virtual] Alumni Events Getting out on the road and catching up with alumni in the cities and towns they now call home is one of our favorite things to do each year. Of course, we haven’t traveled far from 1127 Dewey Avenue in the past 12 months, but that hasn’t stopped us from connecting with alumni near and far! In lieu of old-fashioned happy hours, the Aquinas Advancement Office hosted a number of virtual happy hours that featured guest speakers and breakout sessions that were more like mini reunions! We also caught up with alumni who assisted with our Virtual Sophomore Mock Interviews in December, and many more during our recent inaugural Shamrock Week. In addition, the Advancement Office has also hosted a series of webinars this school year to keep our alumni up-to-date with what’s going on at AQ. The webinars, which featured The New Era of Academic Excellence at Aquinas regarding our Capstone Project, The 2020-21 School Year from the Student and Faculty Perspective, and the State of the School Address are all posted on our YouTube channel. While virtual mingling is never quite the same as being in the same room reminiscing, and sharing a laugh side by side, we’re thrilled to have had these opportunities to stay in touch with YOU! Make sure to sign up at AQEvermore.com to stay in the know about all of our upcoming events!
